Individuals (project-based) as well as organizations and networks of organizations can join the open circle of the International Network. Membership in the open circle is free of charge and offers the following benefits:
- Full access to the network’s Wiki, allowing members to present themselves and contribute to the online platform
- Subscription to the network’s mailing list
